Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, business, or engineering is preferred.
• Prior experience in management or manufacturing is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and team-building abilities.
• Strong leadership abilities and the ability to manage members of cross-functional teams.
• Manufacturing technical competencies (e.g., technical drawings, blueprints, CAD / CAM)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other industry software.
