The Role
As Sales Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our sales success across our clients Sydney CBD and North Sydney clinics. Working in tandem with Clinic Managers, you'll lead and inspire a team of 4-6 beauty consultants to achieve and exceed targets. This dynamic role will see you split your time clinic locations, ensuring a consistent and luxury experience for their clientele.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to boost revenue and meet business objectivesCoach and mentor beauty consultants, providing hands-on training in advanced sales techniques and product knowledgeManage team performance, conducting regular reviews and setting individual KPIsCultivate and maintain relationships with VIP clients, creating bespoke experiences and promotionsCollaborate with marketing to develop and execute promotional calendars and launch new servicesAnalyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimise team performanceParticipate in weekly management meetings, contributing to overall business strategyWhat We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years' experience as a SalesProven track record in direct, consultative sales of premium products with demonstrable results in exceeding targetsPreferrable experience in dermal beauty or similar high-end aesthetic industryStrong leadership skills with experience in motivating and developing high-performing teamsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for building client relationshipsProficiency in sales forecasting, data analysis, and performance trackingExperience in conducting sales training and seminarsAbility to work Tuesday to SaturdayPassion for the luxury beauty industry and commitment to delivering exceptional client experiencesFor any questions, feel free to reach out to Angelique via Isarta
