What You’ll Do

• Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature zones with great care and quality to meet on‑time delivery expectations.
• Pack orders with attention to detail, distinguishing between similarly named products, verifying exact quantities and product codes.
• Ensure that picked products are of the highest quality, free from damage and fresh.
• Correctly document and label all orders using pick slips, packaging details, shipping labels, and other documentation.
• Optimize tote fill by packing orders efficiently while maintaining product quality standards.
• Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction, providing service and resolving issues.
• Maintaining a clean, hygienic work area, perform immediate spill cleanup and ensure totes are debris‑free before packing; operate material handling equipment safely and complete required pre‑inspection checks.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting operational changes and demonstrating flexibility to meet daily delivery schedules.

Minimum Rate : $16.15 per hour, payable based on relevant experience.
