Qualifications
Experience in the Energy Sector an assetMust live around the Medicine Hat area or be willing to relocateBasic IP Network KnowledgeVarious 4-20ma and Frequency Sensor KnowledgePLC System and Control KnowledgeMust be able to work independently, manage time efficiently and be self-motivated.Willing / able to travel out of town for work.Be prepared to work extra hours if required and work in all weather conditionsHave clean class 5 drivers abstractPass a pre-employment testResponsibilities
Perform regular and scheduled maintenance on coil and fracturing equipment to ensure equipment remains in good working orderPerform repairs on equipment as needed in the field using hand and power toolsInstallation and configuration of electronic and electromechanical equipment and instrumentationAssemble, install or repair wiring, electrical and electronic componentsTravel to locations to perform emergency repairs on electronics and equipmentDiagnose electrical and electronic problems and troubleshoot how to correct them using wiring schematics, repair manuals, and part catalogs as necessaryInspect, operate, and test equipment and components to diagnose malfunctionsDocument repairs, inspections, and testing for all equipmentMaintains a safe work environment always following all Occupational Health & Safety requirementsMentor and train less experienced Electronic TechniciansPerform other related duties as requested
