Engineering Change Lead & Project Coordinator

We are currently requesting resumes for the following position : Modification Team Lead / Engineering Coordinator Resume Due Date : Tuesday, September 30th, 2025 (5 : 00PM EST) Job ID : 25-075 Number of Vacancies : 1 Level : MP4 Duration : 36 Months Hours of work : 40 Hours per week (there may be arequirement for the worker to provide services of more than 44 hours per week during the contract term) Location : 889 Brock Road, Pickering Work Mode : 100% on site Job Overview Support Project Control Centre (PCC) as PCC engineer to rectify engineering issues which come up on an 8-12 hour shift. Prepare Technical Work Packages such as workplans for Modifications, Temporary Modifications and Non-Identical Component Replacements for Mechanical, electrical / instrumentation / control design modifications Provide Engineering Change Control (ECC) guidance, provide active support to field issues and Field Initiated Changes and facilitate a positive outcome with EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) vendors Provide knowledge and oversight for engineering deliverables to support plant lifetime operations including design, construction, testing, commissioning, plant operations, and maintenance. Lead and participate in various stages of projects, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and performance standards Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and contractors to achieve project goals Apply our client’s ECC processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering practice Understand impacts on cost and schedule, and provide support to minimize impacts driving projects Qualifications Degree in mechanical / electrical / chemical / electronics / mechatronics engineering is preferred Requires knowledge of English to communicate effectively, both orally and in written form and proficiency in technical report writing to develop, prepare and implement standards, methods, procedures, and comprehensive report In-depth knowledge of nuclear and conventional systems including engineering processes, codes, and standards.
