Job description

A growing manufacturing company in Ontario, CA is seeking a skilled and friendly Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and providing timely and accurate information to our customers.

Responsibilities :

Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person

Providing information about products, services, and pricing

Assisting customers with order placement and tracking

Processing customer orders into the system

Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner

Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.

Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements :

Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
