Your Role : Help clients navigate the enrollment process for benefit plans that align with their unique situations. Establish and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring consistent support throughout their experience.
Remain informed on our product lineup and industry developments to enhance client service. What we are looking for : Experience of at least 1 year of customer service, preferably in hospitality or education or insurance.
A natural communicator, able to connect with clients through clear, engaging, and positive interactions. Eager to learn, develop, and take on new challenges in a growing and supportive company environment.
