Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Janitorial Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in janitorial services, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operations of janitorial and cleaning services to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
• Establish, implement, and monitor cleaning schedules, staff procedures, and operational standards to maintain consistency and compliance.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate janitorial staff, including assigning duties, creating work schedules, and overseeing performance.
• Plan and manage inventory and budget requirements related to cleaning supplies, equipment, and operational needs.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality‑control assessments to evaluate service effectiveness and address any deficiencies.
• Respond to client inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring issues are resolved effectively.
• Maintain strong working relationships with clients and collaborate with other departments to support smooth and coordinated operations.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Monitor service trends and continuously identify opportunities for improvement to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a janitorial management role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
• Knowledge of cleaning supplies, equipment, and techniques
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is preferred
