QUALITY MANAGER
Landmark Solutions Ltd . (Landmark) is looking to add an experienced Quality Manager to our growing team with the opportunity for the individual to grow within our Construction and other sectors of the Landmark business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing implementing and maintaining quality systems that ensure compliance with applicable codes standards and client requirements while supporting continuous improvement across projects. This role works closely with project management engineering fabrication and site teams to ensure quality is embedded at every stagefrom design and fabrication through installation and closeout.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Quality Manager is an integral member of the Landmark team and will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to build strong collaborative relationships. This key role leads and manages quality assurance and quality control activities across construction and fabrication operations ensuring all work meets project specifications applicable codes and established quality standards. The Quality Manager develops and implements quality control processes conducts site inspections and audits coordinates with project managers subcontractors and inspectors and addresses deficiencies through corrective and preventive actions. Responsibilities also include maintaining quality documentation monitoring compliance throughout the project lifecycle and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to deliver safe high-quality project outcomes. This position is based in Salmon Arm working in a combination of office fabrication shop and construction site environments. Travel will be required to out-of-town project sites.
