A regular day for you will include : * As a consultant in loan solutions, you will support customers and prospective customers on the phone and in person to provide the best-in-class service.* Ensure loan applications are assessed accurately and timely in a fast-paced environment.* Detail oriented and able to closely follow credit policy rules to ensure risk parameters are consistently followed.* Gathering loan information* Selling our loan and protection products* Closing loans virtually and in person* Following up past due customer accounts.* Cash controls including taking payments* Commit to your personal training and development to support our mission to deliver the best borrowing experience to earn our customer’s trust and loyalty. Must-haves : Authorized to work in Canada* High-school diploma or the equivalent is an asset* Great communication skills Extra - awesome to have : Y ou have at least 1 year of prior experience in loan underwriting, experience in a financial institution.* Previous experience working with loan origination software* Post-secondary education in Finance or Business Administration* Maintain a positive supportive attitude, help to maintain a gratifying work atmosphere!
