As a Supply Chain Manager within Sales and Operations Execution (S&OP), you will optimize our fulfillment operations and concentrate on managing the flow of goods, information, and services within the supply chain network.

You will have a holistic view of supply and demand within the Amazon fulfillment network and be an integral part in creating and implementing large scale strategic initiatives in inventory optimization, transportation cost, labor capacity management, and more all with the goal of better serving our customers.

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of operations with an emphasis on sales & operations plan execution, logistics optimization, network design, and analysis of operational efficiency.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Product, Finance, and more.

In this role as a S&OP Supply Chain Manager, you will analyze data to identify opportunities for operational improvements, implement scalable systems, and drive automation to enhance efficiency and optimize the physical flow and operations within the supply chain network.

Through managing network capacity initiatives and strategic projects, as well as overseeing cross-functional programs, your impact will be visible, ongoing, and contribute directly to our commitment to being the most customer-centric company on earth.

Key job responsibilities

  • Monitor and optimize key network capacity metrics to ensure the smooth flow of goods or services through the supply chain network.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across different functions to influence and facilitate agreements to achieve shared network capacity goals.
  • Analyze and synthesize data to identify opportunities for enhancing customer experiences and operational efficiency in S&OP execution.
  • Create, develop, and drive solutions that lead to a richer end-to-end customer experience.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • 2+ years of supply chain experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
