What You'll Do :
Develop data collection systems for strategic decisionsAnalyze data to assess processes and performance metricsInvestigate non-conformance issues and implement corrective actionsCreate and maintain QA SOPs, flowcharts, Control Plans, and templatesCoordinate with maintenance team for equipment upgrades and budget planningLead standardization and continuous improvement projects using Lean Six SigmaManage BOM, budgeting, and procurement for improvement projectsAssist in dynamic production planning and schedulingCollaborate with Ops, QC, R&D, and other teams on test plans and troubleshootingWhat We're Looking For :
Undergraduate degree / diploma with 5+ years in a similar roleEffective communication, interpersonal and organizational skillsExcellent Project Management, Problem Solving and analytical skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and engage key stakeholdersData-driven mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and management of changeStrong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Query, SharePoint, Planner, Visio)Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other process improvement methodologiesDesired Assets : Proven leadership abilities / experiencesLean Six Sigma White belt or higherManufacturing experience with root cause analysis (RCA), FMEA, risk analysisKnowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and quality management systems (QMS)Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Power Platform and / or VBA, SQLOur team is eager to connect with candidates who meet the job requirements.
