Software Engineering Manager (Backend SaaS)

We hire an engineering manager to lead the reboot of our Landscape systems‑management solution for Ubuntu, a product that helps enterprises manage policy, compliance, patch management and access control for large Ubuntu estates.
The role focuses on architecture, delivery and people leadership. You will work closely with product managers, set an engineering roadmap, grow and mentor a team, and collaborate with other engineering and business units. Technical proficiency in Python and / or Go, strong architectural judgment, and a background in software engineering are required.
