Location : Hybrid throughout Halifax & Dartmouth Nova Scotia

Wage : Commensuratewith knowledge skills and competencies.

What you will do :

As ourMarketing Specialist you will bring our dealerships to life across digital channels helping elevate the customer experience from great to unforgettable. You will work closely with dealership leadership and our Marketing and Communications team to build and execute campaigns that drive awareness engagement and results. Your work will include :

• Developing and executing marketing strategies for campaigns websites and social media
• Managing andmonitoringsocial media channels including messages leads reviews and audience engagement
• Running andoptimizingpaid digital campaigns including SEM and display advertising
• Tracking analyzing and reporting on performance across digital platforms
• Ensuring all creative and digital assets align with Steele Auto Group branding and vision
• Partnering with General Managers on radio print social media and email and text campaigns through PBS andDealboxx
• Supporting andrepresentingcommunity partnerships and local events
• Managing relationships with community partners third party vendors and digital service providers such as Kijiji CarGurus Autotrader Rapid Response and others
• Coordinating the design and development of marketing materials including flyers print ads and business cards
• Participating in on site dealership visits to support local marketing initiatives
• Supporting the Marketing and Communications Manager withadditionalprojects as needed
