THE ROLE

Mess Supervisor (Hospitality Supervisor) – provides an excellent customer experience in military messes, supervising and training employees, planning and organizing mess activities, bar service and overall operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide hands‑on assistance in planning, organizing, supervising mess activities, bar service and mess operations.
• Supervise and train employees, prepare work schedules and ensure accuracy for payroll.
• Ensure strict health, hygiene and safety requirements are met.
• Interact directly with clientele, taking orders and assisting with setup and takedown of functions.
• Contribute to a positive workplace as part of a team.

Perform heavy lifting, carrying, pulling and / or pushing (more than 50 lbs / 23 kg). This is an on‑site position with an assigned work location.
