QA Engineer - AI Augmented

Collaboration :  Work with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and develop comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts.

Automation :  Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks with a focus on efficiency and scalability.

AI Integration :  Work closely with developers to integrate AI-driven testing methodologies into the software development lifecycle.

Project Management :  Use JIRA and other bug-tracking software to manage test plans and report issues effectively.

Innovation :  Continuously evaluate and incorporate new automation tools and practices to enhance testing effectiveness.

Continuous Learning :  Stay abreast of emerging AI and QA technologies and methodologies.

What you must have :

Education :  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

QA Experience :  Proven experience in QA engineering with a strong background in test automation.

Technical Proficiency :  Skilled in automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestComplete, Jenkins) and scripting languages such as Node, Python, or JavaScript.

Tooling :  Extensive experience with JIRA for project management and Zephyr (or similar) for test planning.+1

Testing Scope :  Demonstrated experience testing Native and Web Frontends as well as Backend APIs.

Adaptability :  Proven ability to learn new technologies, particularly AI and machine learning applications within QA.

Soft Skills :  Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Salary / Rate Range : $70,000 - $80,000
