Job Description

As a Business System Analyst atFour Squire Business Services, you will bridge the gap between business requirements andtechnology implementation. By working closely with stakeholders, you will analyzeprocesses, define system requirements, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiencyand support strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with businessstakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements.
• Analyze current businessprocesses and identify areas for improvement and automation.
• Translate business needsinto comprehensive functional specifications for technology solutions.
• Research, evaluate, andrecommend software tools or system enhancements to meet business goals.
• Plan and execute useracceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions align with expectations.
• Lead workshops and meetingsto discuss, refine, and finalize requirements.
• Prepare detaileddocumentation, including process flows, requirement specifications, and usermanuals.
• Track project progress and deliver regular updates to stakeholders.
