Our client is seeking an analyst that can play a vital role in supporting both financial and operational aspects.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist controllers in managing day-to-day and month-end activities across IT, Operations, Support Functions, and Financing Activities.
  • Validate and accurately record monthly IT invoices in the tracking system.
  • Maintain accrual files for IT and Operations departments at month-end.
  • Coordinate with the Sourcing and Procurement team to ensure proper allocation of IT expenses to projects during monthly internal invoicing.
  • Collaborate with the Sourcing and Procurement team to forecast monthly IT project costs.
  • Prepare comprehensive analyses of notable budget variances for IT and Operations on both monthly and year-to-date bases.
  • Generate monthly profit and loss (P&L) reports for support functions.
  • Uphold the integrity of the financial hierarchy database.
  • Create necessary general ledger entries.
  • Conduct monthly reconciliation and validation of financing activities.
  • Assist in resolving account balances related to significant closures.
  • Provide specific business units with detailed general ledger information on a monthly basis.
  • Perform additional analyses as requested.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
  • 3-5 years of experience in comparable roles.
  • Proficient in analyzing and condensing information.
  • Skilled at managing tasks in order of importance.
  • Capable of working independently.
  • Demonstrated success in collaborative team environments.
  • Flexible and adaptable to varying circumstances.
  • Proficient problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in making decisions.
  • Fluency in English is a requirement, with proficiency in French being highly preferred.

Notre client est à la recherche d’un analyste capable de jouer un rôle essentiel dans le soutien des aspects financiers et opérationnels.

Responsabilités :

  • Assister les contrôleurs dans la gestion des activités quotidiennes et de fin de mois dans les domaines de l’informatique, des opérations, des fonctions de soutien et des activités de financement.
  • Valider et enregistrer avec précision les factures informatiques mensuelles dans le système de suivi.
  • Maintenir les fichiers de régularisation pour les départements IT et Opérations à la fin du mois.
  • Assurer la coordination avec l’équipe chargée des achats et de l’approvisionnement afin de garantir l’affectation correcte des dépenses informatiques aux projets lors de la facturation interne mensuelle.
  • Collaborer avec l’équipe chargée de l’approvisionnement et des achats pour prévoir les coûts mensuels des projets informatiques.
  • Préparer des analyses complètes des écarts budgétaires notables pour l’informatique et les opérations, tant sur une base mensuelle que depuis le début de l’année.
  • Produire des rapports mensuels sur les pertes et profits pour les fonctions de soutien.
  • Veiller à l’intégrité de la base de données de la hiérarchie financière.
  • Créer les écritures nécessaires dans le grand livre.
  • Effectuer le rapprochement et la validation mensuels des activités de financement.
  • Contribuer à la résolution des soldes de comptes liés à des clôtures importantes.
  • Fournir à des unités opérationnelles spécifiques des informations détaillées sur le grand livre général sur une base mensuelle.
  • Effectuer des analyses supplémentaires sur demande.

Qualifications

  • Baccalauréat en finance ou en comptabilité.
  • 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans des fonctions comparables.
  • Maîtrise de l’analyse et de la synthèse des informations.
  • Aptitude à gérer les tâches par ordre d’importance.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante.
  • Réussite avérée dans des environnements d’équipe collaboratifs.
  • Flexible et capable de s’adapter à des circonstances variées.
  • Capacité à résoudre les problèmes.
  • Efficacité démontrée dans la prise de décisions.
  • La maîtrise de l’anglais est indispensable, celle du français étant fortement souhaitée.
