Offrir des séances d’orientation en santé et sécurité aux employés, ainsi que des orientations spécifiques aux chantiers pour les travailleurs, les propriétaires et les clients. Former les employés en protection contre les chutes, entrée en espace clos, protection et contrôle de la circulation, SIMDUT, protection respiratoire, intervention d’urgence. Coordonner les formations telles que le SIMDUT, les premiers soins, etc. Réaliser des inspections et audits des lieux de travail. Effectuer des observations comportementales sur les chantiers. Élaborer des plans de sécurité pour le lieu de travail – évacuation d’urgence, incendie, contrôle de la circulation, protection contre les chutes. Distribuer le matériel, les fournitures et l’équipement de sécurité nécessaires aux membres de l’équipe. Présenter des exposés sur la sécurité aux clients et promouvoir les systèmes de sécurité d’Aecon auprès de clients potentiels. Participer comme membre invité aux comités mixtes de santé et sécurité. Mener des études et analyser les tendances en matière d’accidents. Inspecter les installations des projets et recommander des mesures correctives; coordonner les enjeux environnementaux. Collaborer avec l’administrateur des réclamations pour appuyer les dossiers liés aux accidents de travail. Développer des programmes de retour au travail et de travail modifié. Mener des enquêtes sur les accidents / incidents. Intervenir pour résoudre les enjeux en santé et sécurité. Préparer et appuyer les audits externes en matière de sécurité. Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience dans l’industrie de la construction dans un rôle en santé et sécurité. Expérience en SST avec Hydro-Québec, un atout. Solide connaissance de la Loi sur la santé et la sécurité au travail et du Règlement sur les projets de construction. Bonne connaissance des exigences électriques, un atout. Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à faire preuve de proactivité. Être un(e) ambassadeur(drice) de l’inclusion et de la diversité. Maîtrise du français requise; capacité à communiquer en anglais, un atout. Flexibilité dans l’horaire de travail pour respecter les échéances. Permis de conduire classe 5 valide G (ou équivalent au Québec) valide.
