Job Description

Cash Management Services (CMS) in Small Business Banking delivers and manages tools that enable customers to issue and receive payments and manage cash flow. This role focuses on selling cash management products and services to the Small Business Banking segment, reporting to the CMS Sales Team Manager.

Responsibilities

• Sell and onboard a range of Cash Management products.
• Lead sales conversations, negotiate and manage remote channel sales.
• Ensure clients are fully educated and trained on product functionality.
• Maintain clear communication in all forms (email, verbal).
• Manage the referral pipeline, meet SLA and track activity in BBHub.
• Achieve individual goals for referrals, close ratio and account compliance.
• Identify product cross‑selling opportunities to support business targets.
• Ensure AML compliance of customer profiles following KYC / KYB process.
• Coordinate onboarding of new accounts / services and accurate billing.
• Recommend process improvements to increase sales effectiveness.
