We are seeking an experienced Marketing Solutions Lead, Immunology (HS) with a proven track record of providing commercial and marketing leadership and oversight for a Dermatology brand.

About the role :

The focus in the first year will be to prepare for a soon to be approved new indication for a biologic product, Hidradenitis suppurativa (HS). This individual will maintain a high level of disease and product knowledge and collaborate with other members of the iPVU to lead the strategy, ensuring national implementation and creating programs and materials that create patient value and allow UCB to achieve its financial and non-financial objectives.

Who you’ll work with :

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll partner with Sales, Marketing, APEX, Medical Affairs, Patient Experience, Education & Stakeholder Development, Regulatory, PV, QA, Procurement, Finance and Compliance. Additionally, you’ll work closely with Ecosystem Leads and Medical Affairs Leads to design and provide training and mentoring programs to field based Healthcare Provider Partners ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to be effective in their role.

What you’ll do :

  • Develop commercial strategies consistent with Global that optimize brand position in the marketplace and achieve financial objectives.
  • Create brand business plan that results in strategic initiatives and tactical programs that maximize the value of the brand in the marketplace.
  • Develops, gains agreement, and implements tactical programs and promotional materials that are consistent with each strategy and objective, and help HCPs match the UCB product / solution to the right patient.
  • Create and maintain strategic partnerships that result in productive and cooperative working relationships at the Customer Table.
  • Analyze market data to derive insights that drive the development of strategic plans.
  • Manage OPEX budget associated with program development and execution.

Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience, and skills :

  • Bachelors’ degree in health sciences, business or related field is required.
  • Minimum 5+ years biopharma product management experience with 2+ years biopharmaceutical sales experience.
  • Experience in specialty / biologic marketing is preferred.
  • Product launch experience is an asset.
  • Bilingual (English / French) is considered an asset; Experience in Rheumatology and / or Dermatology preferred.
  • Some travel is required (15-20%) – Congress, Advisory Board Meetings, Territory / HCP visits.
