Product Analyst
Highspring is looking for a Product Analyst to join an agile environment in a large-scale project—a framework that blends structure, flexibility, and strong collaboration to address technological and organizational challenges.
Responsibilities
- Write, structure, and document clear, complete, and traceable User Stories, ensuring proper validation with stakeholders.
- Provide all necessary clarifications to support the team during estimation, planning, and sequencing activities.
- Gather, analyze, and formalize business needs by conducting targeted research and producing rigorous documentation.
- Support business partners throughout the delivery cycle, ensuring quality and alignment of solutions with expectations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, development, business experts) to design and deliver relevant and innovative solutions.
- Actively participate in workshops, agile ceremonies, and planning events, contributing to the clarification of needs and continuous improvement of practices.
- Identify and document requirements related to client interfaces such as screens, reports, dashboards, and other elements needed to meet business needs.

- Bilingualism (French and English) required.
