Responsibilities :

• Act as the main representative of the lab / business users for the new LIMS system
• Understand how the lab currently works and explain business needs and processes to the project team
• Collect and organize data needed for the system (equipment lists, users, workflows, reports, etc.)
• Help define how the system should be used so it fits real operational needs
• Participate in process mapping (how things work today vs. how they should work in the future)
• Support gap analysis by identifying what the system can do today and what may need improvement
• Help estimate effort, timelines, and equipment needs for the deployment
• Participate in testing the system, especially for lab-specific use cases
• Review and validate data created in the system to ensure accuracy
• Help update procedures and documentation (SOPs, local work instructions)
• Train end users in their department and support change management during go-live
• Act as a go-to person after deployment to support users and collect feedback
