Job description

Contract Length : 10 month contract to start - with potential extension through April 2027

Location : Toronto (Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week)

Industry : Banking / Financial Services / Capital Markets

We are hiring multiple Junior Business Systems Analysts to support a large-scale Corporate Treasury technology initiative focused on loans, liquidity, and regulatory traceability. This role offers hands-on exposure to high-impact banking projects, intraday liquidity, and enterprise-level systems within a collaborative BSA team.

Must-Have Qualifications

3–5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst (new grads considered)
Strong documentation and technical writing skills
Experience creating traceability matrices
Working knowledge of SQL
Understanding of loans, liquidity, or capital markets products
Banking or financial-services experience

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Experience with Calypso

Exposure to regulatory or OFSI-related projects

Degree in Engineering, Finance, or Computer Science

SQL coding experience (especially for new grads)

Experience at large Canadian banks
