Job Title: Healthcare Business Analyst

We are seeking a Healthcare Business Analyst to join our team of consultants at our Montreal office. This role offers a hybrid work mode.

Key Focus Areas:

1. Patient Appointment Booking:
   • Configuration of booking slots, resource requirements, provider schedules, etc.
   • Development of front-end functionalities for booking, canceling, rebooking, and managing appointment series and groups.
   • Understanding and reporting on appointment data.
2. Procedure and Medication Order Flows:
   • Focus on hospital environments, including clinic and outpatient orders.
   • Documentation of workflows and order fulfillment, covering normal and exceptional cases.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Healthcare and Healthcare IT (excluding Insurance).
• Experience as a Business Analyst, Clinical Informaticist, or System Analyst.
• Proficiency in documenting business requirements using User Stories, Use Cases, Sequence Diagrams, etc.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to interpret regulatory documents and translate them into business requirements.
• Attention to detail balanced with business realities.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of Canadian healthcare system.
• Bilingual in English and French is a plus.
