The Sr. Technology Manager will be part of team Technology Workforce Enablement & Vendor Management reporting to the Senior Director, Technology Workforce Enablement & Vendor Management. The Workforce Enablement & Vendor Management team is responsible for Technology Labor / workforce strategy, standards, governance, reporting, employee learning and development, training, and vendor management.
A day in the life :
It’s exciting times at lululemon! Our technology team is growing, and this Sr. Manager will be an integral part driving growth of the enterprise through technology. This person will be tasked with developing the premier technology workforce strategies, governance processes, and workforce reporting capabilities.
- Design, formalize, and deliver workforce strategic support, facilitate communication and collaboration, elevate and drive workforce efficiency, and ensure the successful execution of key enterprise-wide complex initiatives in support of technology organization
- Establishes a vision and strategy for workforce governance and in that design, enroll and govern processes & policies
- Design, formalize and deliver workforce reporting tools, standards and reports for technology leaders that leads to data driven decisions
- Identify an opportunity, define clear path forward from ambiguity, and deliver POV through storytelling by joining the dots for leadership
- Partner with the technology leadership team to establish and drive strategic decision-making on all thing’s workforce strategy.
- Partner with cross-functional leadership teams e.g. P&C, FP&A, Tech portfolio, vendor management, procurement, etc. to align on enterprise policies and its tailored approach for Technology organization
- Leads a team of Program Managers, Project Managers and Analysts to drive delivery of all Workforce Enablement capabilities they are accountable to deliver
- You will exercise and develop your operational and business management skills, partner with, and be able to support the business efficiently at any level.
Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in leading and developing a dynamic team of program managers, project managers and analysts8+ years of experience in workforce management and workforce strategy in a global companyRelevant experience with delivery and engineering environments to be able to understand different team types & compositions to apply them towards workforce standards, or other similar environmentsRelevant experience in Data Analysis, Visualization & ReportingResponsible for driving insights from workforce reporting and other data gathered to support leadership decision making in defining the future of workforce strategy building scalable teamsExcellent and effective communication style to drive decisions making at Technology Leadership level but also partnering closely with cross-functional partners highlighting, risks and opportunities.Exercises strong workforce management skills, to enroll business efficiently across all levels from IC to leaders within Technology & BusinessEstablish and drive strategic decision-making, breadth perspectives and operational excellence across the tech organization to enable the scaling and continual evolution necessary for successMust haves :

Compensation and Benefits Package :
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $134,100-$176,000 annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
