Environmental Health and Safety Manager

We are seeking an EHS Manager to join our clients manufacturing team in Cambridge ON region.

Pay - 100k-120k

Responsibilities:

• Experience with environmental regulations standards and environmental program implementation in manufacturing.

• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and program implementation in a manufacturing environment.

• Proven success in driving safety culture change initiatives.

• Demonstrated experience working with regulatory agencies and leading EHS compliance and continuous improvement programs.

• Strong communication leadership and motivational skills with ability to work independently and champion projects.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels and diverse work groups; flexible innovative and team-oriented.

• Strong English communication skills with the ability to inspect document analyze troubleshoot and resolve issues accurately and efficiently.

• Self-directed adaptable professional with high integrity strong time management and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Willingness to travel regionally as required.
