Our client requires a SharePoint Analyst to provide the migration and decommission of SharePoint sites and environments. This resource will collaborate closely with end-users, IM & IT teams, change champions, unique business areas and stakeholders to ensure the smooth functioning of SharePoint sites and applications migrating to SharePoint Online. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills including experience in complex migrations using MAP tool, excellent communication abilities, and rapport building and maintenance with business areas and stakeholders.

Resource will work remotely within Canada.

Edmonton, Alberta (Remote within Canada)

Mandatory Requirements

Must meet or exceed one of the following : University graduation in computer science or a related discipline and 4-yr relevant experience; OR

2-yr diploma in computer science or a related discipline and 6-yr relevant experience; OR

1-yr certificate in computer science or a related discipline and 7-yr relevant experience; OR

a currently active professional certification or accreditation and 8-yr relevant experience

• 2 years’ experience as a Site Collection Administrator.
• 1 year experience migrating content from SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint Online in the public sector.
• 2 years’ experience troubleshooting forms and workflows (all types).
• 1 year experience using and supporting ShareGate.
• 2 years’ experience with complex SharePoint projects including solutions depending on : managed metadata, workflows, forms, and user interface customization.
• 2 years’ experience with the development, integration, and support of Microsoft SharePoint 2016 and Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online.
