Your Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email, entering orders and requests accurately into internal systems.
• Process inbound and outbound orders, including ASN and EDI transactions.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments with LTL carriers and couriers to support smooth shipments.
• Track, collect, and maintain accurate data related to order inflow and outflow.
• Manage transaction records, support month‑end invoicing, and assist with inventory counts.
• Prepare customer reports and support general administrative tasks such as data entry and file maintenance.
