At the Contractor Marketing Mastermind, we help contractors scale their businesses using data-driven Facebook marketing. Our mission is to empower contractors to develop their own in-house lead-generation systems that deliver high-quality leads on demand, eliminating their reliance on lead-gen sites or marketing agencies.

We're looking for a Marketing Specialist who's ready to take ownership of our client experience and make a real impact on contractors' businesses across North America. Role Overview

We're seeking a Marketing Specialist who will be instrumental in onboarding and guiding our clients through their marketing journey. This role combines teaching, technical expertise, and creative problem-solving to ensure our clients successfully implement and maintain their marketing systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide clients through our comprehensive onboarding process
  • Deliver our Done-For-You Setup & Automation services, including Facebook page optimization, lead follow-up systems, and tracking implementation
  • Launching & scaling Facebook ad campaigns
  • Provide ongoing support and education to help clients maintain their marketing systems
  • Create and edit video content for clients
  • Monitor client progress and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
  • Contribute to our Training Vault resources
  • Support clients in implementing and maintaining their advertising campaigns

The Ideal Candidate

  • Has a natural teaching ability and passion for helping others succeed
  • Is willing to do whatever it takes to help a client succeed
  • Thrives in behind-the-scenes roles, focusing on client support and system optimization
  • Demonstrates strong technical aptitude with marketing tools and platforms
  • Shows enthusiasm for learning and mastering online advertising strategies
  • Possesses experience in video editing and content creation
  • Excels at simplifying complex concepts
  • Maintains strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Prior experience in the contracting industry is a plus

    • Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in client-facing roles
  • Strong proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Demonstrated ability to create and edit video content (at a basic level)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience running Meta ads
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities

    • Bonus Qualifications

  • Background in the home services industry
  • Experience with CRM systems and automation tools
  • History of successful client onboarding or training
  • Previous work in digital marketing or advertising
