We are looking for a French Bilingual Collections Specialist to join a team in the Insurance industry located in Oakville.

Responsibilities

In this Collections Specialist role in GTA, you will hold the following responsibilities :

Manage a portfolio of B2B accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices.

Communicate effectively with clients English to resolve payment issues and disputes.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collections activities in the system.

Prepare regular reports on account status, collection efforts, and key performance metrics.

Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure accounts remain in good standing.

Collaborate with internal teams to reconcile accounts, address discrepancies, and escalate unresolved issues.

Qualifications

To be eligible for this French Bilingual Collections Specialist role in Oakville, you will need the following qualifications :

Minimum 2 year of B2B Collections experience.

Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.

Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.
