Job Description Purpose : To provide excellent service level when handling enquiries from Customers.
Job Responsibilities – Customer Care Agent (CCA)
1) A key member of the SCOPE project team to handle Live Chat functions other than web and email queries.
2) To be responsible for handling all the customers’ service enquiries related to booking, import and export documentation requests.
3) To provide solutions promptly in a short response time while meeting the expectations of the internal standard operating procedures for the entire import, export and booking processes.
4) To be proactive in responding to customers’ issues and resolve challenges faced by customers professionally with great etiquette.
5) To provide effective solutions for customers’ issues.
6) To be proactive when communicating with local and overseas stakeholders about customers’ issues when required.
7) To perform any other duties as assigned. Job Requirement 1) Candidates who possess at least Diploma in Maritime Studies or Shipping-related disciplines are preferred.
2) Proficient in Google Suite applications and MS Office such as Excel and Word applications.
3) Experience in Live Chat functions will be an added advantage.
4) Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
5) Able to work under stress and fast-paced environment.
6) Self-motivated, result-oriented and resilient.
7) Knowledge in a similar role in shipping agency will be preferred.
8) Candidates with at least 2 years of relevant working experience have an added advantage.
