The Youth Forensic Psychiatric Services team provides mental health services to young people involved in the justice system, collaborating with probation services, community agencies, contracted providers, and Youth Custody Services staff to deliver court‑ordered assessments and treatments.
As a Licensed Psychologist, you will provide independent psychological assessments for young people in the justice system, both in the community and custody. You will:

If your degree was obtained outside of Canada, confirm it has been assessed for equivalency through the International Credential Evaluation Services (ICES). Provide a basic report by the closing date of this posting to be considered.
Applicants who do not fully meet the required qualifications may be considered for this position, but at a lower classification.
A Criminal Record Check (CRC) and Criminal Record Review Act Check (CRRA) will be required.
