Job Summary

Manages the operation of the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments to ensure orderly and attractive conditions in the hotel. Directly responsible for ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction beginning with cleaning the rooms to meeting all the guests needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Housekeeping preferred but not required.
• Experience with managing a department and working closely with others.
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Ability to lead and carry out all responsibilities required of this position.
• US Citizen or Green Card holder
