Our Finance Department is seeking an Accounting Clerk in Saint John New Brunswick! At Bicom Systems youll join a collaborative and growing tech company where respect and teamwork are truly this role youll work alongside talented colleagues from around the globe while supporting the Finance team with day-to-day bookkeeping reconciliations payroll preparation month-end tasks and general administrative duties.

What your day will look like :

• Perform general ledger reconciliations including bank accounts and credit cards
• Manage accounts payable and receivable including invoicing payment follow-ups and bill processing
• Payroll administration and reconciliation (twice a month)
• Track fixed assets and prepare depreciation schedules
• Prepare and remit HST and corporate tax
• Coordinate with and assist external accountants
• Post journal entries perform month-end closing
• Year-end preparation
• Prepare reports for management
• Admin and supportive duties as required
