The Front Office Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly. This position involves direct interaction with customers and visitors, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to our team. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and customers as they enter the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Maintain and update office filing systems and records
- Handle inquiries, providing information and support as needed
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Assist with office organization and inventory management
- Perform other administrative duties as required by management
