ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT
Technicien ComptableNotre client dans l’industrie du transport situé à Lachine est à la recherche d’un technicien aux comptes pour épauler le superviseur avec toutes les tâches associées au cycle de comptabilité.
En affaires depuis plus de 20 ans, notre client poursuit sa croissance. Il s’agit d’un poste nouvellement créé qui permettra de travailler au sein d’une équipe dynamique composée de 15 personnes.
Le candidat travaillera en étroite collaboration avec le service de l’exploitation et l’équipe des ventes. La personne relèvera directement au superviseur de la comptabilité.
Une formation sera fournie afin que le candidat excelle à effectuer ses tâchesRESPONSABILITÉS :
- Entrer les données.
- Être responsable de tout le cycle de comptabilité jusqu’aux rapports financiers. COMPTES DÉBITEURS ET CRÉDITEURS / DOSSIERS BANCAIRES / TRAITEMENT DES FACTURES / FACTURATION / ENTRÉES DANS LE JOURNAL.
- Communiquer efficacement avec les employés et fournir un soutien administratif au superviseur de la comptabilité et au contrôleur.
- S’assurer que tous les échéanciers des autres services sont respectés et que les tâches sont effectuées rapidement.EXIGENCES :
- Bilinguisme obligatoire.
- Capacité à travailler de façon indépendante.
- Souci du détail et esprit d’analyse.
- Diplôme universitaire en comptabilité ou en administration des affaires.
- Un minimum de cinq ans d’expérience en comptabilité.
- Familiarité avec le cycle de comptabilité.
- Maîtrise de Simply Accounting, de Word, d’Excel et de SAGE.
- Connaissance des exigences de rapport de l’ARC et de Revenu Québec.
- Compétences avancées en informatique. Connaissance approfondie d’Excel obligatoire.)
