Duties include : Processing accounts & incoming payments in compliance with financial policies & procedures in timely manner; Performing day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, & recording accounts receivables data; Preparing bills, invoices, & bank deposits; Reconciling accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for & properly posted; Verifying discrepancies & resolving clients’ billing issues; Facilitating payments of invoices due by sending bill reminders & contacting clients; Generating financial statements & reports detailing accounts receivable status; Processing company payroll for all branch locations; Performing other duties as assigned or needed by COO or Administrator. Required qualifications : Proven working exp. as Accounts Payable Clerk (or Accounts Receivable Clerk); Some Human Resources background; Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping & accounting payable principles; Proven ability to calculate, post, & manage accounting figures & financial records; Hands-on exp. with spreadsheets & proprietary software; Proficient with QuickBooks Desktop (preferably 2 yrs exp.), MS Excel, & billing systems; Knowledge of Accounts Payable / Receivable functions; Data entry skills along with knack for numbers; Proficiency in English; Customer service-oriented & negotiation skills; High degree of accuracy & attention-to-detail.
