WHAT DOES A SERVICE MANAGER DO?
As part of the service team, Service Manager is responsible for the effective management of all aspects of the Service Department which ensures customer satisfaction and maximum profitability.
Schedule, manage and maintain technicians to maximize efficiency while minimizing overheadGenerate and promote service business through direct calls, targeted advertising, and Mazergroup preventative maintenance programsWork with customers and technicians to explain repairs and expenses, resolve complaints and offer value-added and / or preventative maintenance servicesCreate, maintain, track and close service work orders for such things as new equipment assembly, pre-delivery inspections, customers repairs, installations, etc. on various manual and electronic systemsMeet and exceed department budget and targetsCo-Chair for Health and Safety Committee for dealership and always promoting a highly safety-conscious environmentAnd so much more!WHAT WILL YOU BRING TO US?
