Pest Control Technician

Duties:

· Inspecting the inside and periphery of properties on a recurring schedule to identify infestation source, extent of damage, and access to infested locations.

· Preparing and applying product on infested areas using mechanical or electric sprayer and setting traps as per regulatory guidelines

· Offering recommendations to clients on preventing pest infestation.

· Studying preliminary reports of infested area and determining the treatment type required to eliminate and prevent recurrence of infestation.

· Ensuring all work is documented and submitted electronically after each visit.

· Performing other duties as required

Budgeted Salary: $43,000-$45,000 Annually

Requirements

• · Structural Exterminator License- preferred, but not required
• · Valid Driver’s license / clean driving record
• The successful candidate must have a valid driver's license and 3 years of driving experience; proof will be required upon hire.
• · High School diploma or equivalent
• · Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service and time management skills
• · Ability to work as part of a team
• · A successful criminal background check
