Position Summary : Reporting to the Senior Manager, Planning and Performance, the Manager, Planning and Performance will focus on improving process, communication, tracking, monitoring, and reporting for the broader Commercial team.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop reporting tools to assist in a daily, weekly, and period KPI tracking;
• Support and improve reporting required for Continuous Improvement (CI) meetings as well as Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings;
• Support in the annual budgeting & account planning process and monthly LE’s;
• Assist in putting together data to support business cases;
• Help with the training and on-boarding of the Commercial Team;
• Support development of content for semi-annual meetings for the Commercial Team;
