WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?

5+ years’ experience working as a leader in an elevated customer service / property management / hospitality focused environment.

• Demonstrate a high degree of integrity, diplomacy, discretion and confidentiality.
• A lust for thinking outside of the box in providing an exceptional resident experience.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable.
• Passion for coaching, mentoring and developing others in achieving exceptional customer service standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call as required to attend to emergencies.

Property Managers are inspiring leaders that serve as a role model for exceptional customer service and lead by example. They evaluate economic trends and profitability, while making sound financial / operational business decisions, and they coach to and celebrate successes with their team.
