Work Support Program (WSP)

Delivery Model : Mandatory in-person services in Montréal or Québec City , with the option to offer additional services via video and / or telephone

Overview

The TELUS Health Work Support Program provides some of the industry’s earliest interventions to address workplace mental health challenges. The program supports employees whose needs extend beyond short-term EAP services or who are participating in a disability case management treatment plan.

The program offers professional assessments and clinical counselling services designed to support a return to full productivity. These clinical interventions focus on issues requiring longer-term, more specialized, or more intensive care, with the goal of preventing or better managing performance issues, absenteeism, and workplace disability.

What you will do :

Provide counselling services to a diverse adult clientele, with mandatory in-person ;

Deliver medium-term clinical follow-up (8 to 12 sessions) to clients presenting with mental health and addiction-related concerns;

Complete administrative follow-up of client files using the provided clinical documentation templates.

You bring :

A Master’s degree or Doctorate in counselling, psychology, social work, sexology, psychoeducation, art therapy, or career counselling;

A psychotherapy permit issued by the Ordre des psychologues du Québec (required, except for psychologists);

A minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience;

Training or experience in mental health, substance use, substance abuse, or addiction;

A professional office space suitable for delivering in-person counselling services in Québec City .
