Description

MISSION : Support the Sales team of up to five people by owning the sales intelligence systems – industry maps, customer mind maps, customer org charts, CRM, account plans and program workbooks – ensuring consistent, reliable data across a growing multi‑site manufacturing business. The role also includes performance dashboard, customer communications, maintaining accurate sales and market data, preparing materials for customer meetings, and ensuring the team is organized, informed, and ready to win. You are accountable for creating and maintaining the Sales structure and ensuring rigor that enable us to win and grow the business 5x over the next five years.

Outcomes : 3 month goal :

• All seven industries mapped and updated regularly.
• Build and maintain Industry "Mind Maps" for the seven industry segments (Digital mind maps capture all industry intelligence regarding activity, capabilities, relationships, people, projects and more for each industry.
