Job description

We are excited to offer an opportunity to join Hamilton Kent as a Fabrication Operator in Toronto. This role involves working in the production of rubber gaskets, utilizing various processes such as splicing, silicone injection, and quality inspection.

Location : HK - Toronto

Shift : Night Shift 11PM - 7AM, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

Maintain a safe and clean working environment
Prepare and inspect rubber strips and gaskets for splicing
Operate machinery including tape and press machines
Inspect finished products for defects
Document production data accurately
Adhere to safety and quality standards

Qualifications

Attention to detail and critical thinking skills

Safety conscious

High school diploma preferred

Basic English reading and speaking skills

Ability to learn measurement tools used in manufacturing

Benefits

Hourly Rate : $22.85 + 5% shift premium
