As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll connect with potential clients, guide them through our benefits programs, and help families and individuals choose the coverage that best fits their needs. How You'll Contribute
- Call the leads that we provide to schedule Zoom meetings with clients
- Present benefit programs to enroll new clients and build solid relationships with them
- Work with your manager to establish clear objectives and goals for yourself and achieve them through focused effort and determination

- Must hold or be willing to obtain an insurance license (support provided).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
- Must be fluent in English and reside in Canada (except Quebec).
- Must have a computer or laptop (tablets/Chromebooks not supported).

- $67K+ avg 1st year; $118K avg 2nd year commission + bonuses
