Prior to May 1 2022 the University required all students faculty staff and visitors (including contractors) to declare their COVID-19 vaccination status and provide proof that they were fully vaccinated or had an approved accommodation to engage in in-person University activities. These requirements were suspended effective May 1 2022 but the University may reinstate them at any point.

Job Summary
A Brief Overview
Reporting to the Associate Director Operations and taking direction from the Director Resident Wellness the Program Coordinator Wellness supports the work of the Wellness Office. This work includes collaborating with the Director Resident Wellness and the Wellness Advisor(s) to schedule appointments manage appointment documentation and ensure follow-up meetings are booked. The incumbent will liaise with the Registration Manager and engage with internal and external partners to support the leave of absence and return-to-work processes. Under the direction of leadership and working with trainees and programs the Program Coordinator Wellness will develop reintegration and / or accommodation plans coordinate timely follow-up and action when there are changes or plans have been completed. The Program Coordinator Wellness will schedule individual meetings and be responsible for supporting committees including but not limited to coordinating membership organizing meetings taking minutes and following up on action items. The Program Coordinator will manage the schedules and calendars for the Director Resident Wellness and the Wellness Advisor(s). The Program Coordinator will work in collaboration with internal QHS partners. The Program Coordinator Wellness responds to general inquiries as well as specific questions about policy and provides information to trainees and programs escalating issues as needed. The incumbent is responsible for data tracking analysis and reporting. The Program Coordinator will provide updates for the website. A high degree of confidentiality is required.
This position provides administrative and planning assistance to senior staff to support operations. This position arranges meetings special events and appointments assembles and prepares critical information for meetings and follows up as required. This position coordinates schedules of senior staff and determines relative priorities to ensure urgent / sensitive matters receive immediate attention. This positions also analyzes data and prepares reports and statistics.
