A day in the life :

  • Administer and manage various service contracts, including Extended Limited Warranty, Star Certified Warranty, Prepaid Maintenance, and Prepaid Maintenance Select.
  • Provide analytical and administrative support to the department, including competitor analysis.
  • Update and maintain customer and vehicle information in systems such as PASS and ASSET.
  • Monitor and improve the contract administration process.
  • Collaborate with dealers and internal stakeholders on contract and warranty inquiries.
  • Participate in business meetings with internal and external partners.
  • Undertake ad-hoc duties as required by projects or business needs.

Qualifikationen

General Eligibility and Qualification Requirements :

Eligibility to Work in Canada : Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada, as this role does not support work visa / permit sponsorship.

  • Graduation Requirement : Candidates must have graduated in 4 or expect to graduate by April 5 with a specialization in Business, Supply Chain or a related field. As part of the onboarding process, the selected candidate will be required to submit a copy of their transcripts.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
  • MS Office Proficiency : Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) is required. Skills testing will be part of the recruitment process.
  • Recruitment Timeline : The recruitment process may begin as early as January , 5, and may include a combination of an online skill testing questionnaire, and a panel interview (either in person or via Teams).
  • Hybrid Role : This is a hybrid role requiring employees to work on-site 2-3 days per week.
