About the role : Timescapes is looking for a motivated and skilled Senior Product Marketing Manager to play an integral role in developing our positioning, messaging, ideal customer profiles, and content strategy to exponentially increase market share, extend market differentiation, and establish industry thought leadership.

This involves content creation and asset development, sales enablement, new product launches, competitive intelligence, market and customer research that drive brand awareness and market adoption of Timescapes’ technology.

The right candidate will be strategic, innovative, analytical, pragmatic, and share our values of Curiosity, Reliability, Continuous Improvement, and Customer Obsession.

You are a person that understands and can execute on initiatives that effectively enable sales, equip demand generation teams, and shape prospect and customer-facing programs.

Key tasks & responsibilitiesMessaging and Positioning : Research, develop, and evangelize clear and concise value propositions and solution-based narratives that differentiate and drive demand for our solutions across all products, as well as all stages and personas of the buyer lifecycle.

Content Marketing : Develop and lead the content marketing strategy, working in close collaboration with our Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to identify key market drivers, challenges and opportunities that drive the strategic content roadmap.

Produce and execute customer stories, thought leadership, expert engagement and content pieces to support lead generation, pipeline conversion, thought leadership and customer success of Timescapes within the construction industry.

Competitive Enablement : Assess the competitive landscape to lead competitive enablement efforts, our win / loss and churn analysis programs, and maximize win rates vs key competitors.

Product : Work with the Product team to lead GTM activities for new product launches, and new feature releases - owning positioning, messaging and branding.

Experience leading product marketing for a multi-product company is a plus.Sales Enablement : Develop and localize sales enablement content for North American and the ANZ region including product playbooks, messaging kits, buyer personas, customer insights, product fact sheets, and battlecardsMessage Optimization : Analyze and draw insights from marketing and product KPIs to help determine impact of positioning in order to optimize and improveExperience & qualifications3+ years of relevant experience within a product marketing, content marketing or technical marketing role, preferably in SaaS products.

Expertise in product marketing best practices.Concise and effective written and verbal communicator, strong storyteller with technical product marketing experience.

Comfortable in a rapidly growing environment with ability to balance multiple prioritiesExtensive experience working with cross functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer success, and product.

Ability to work autonomously with a geographically dispersed team.Self-driven with exceptional project management skills with the ability to focus on high-impact, high-value initiatives.

Experience in working with external writers and graphic designers to develop content and sales collateral and managing a budget around these activities.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Team player aligned with organizational objectives while working as an individual contributor.

Experience in the construction or design industries (e.g. architecture, engineering) is preferred.This role is currently remote, but will be Hybrid once a Vancouver office is established.
