Job description

Are you looking for your next opportunity in the TA space? Do you have at least 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, specifically in the Financial Sector? This may be the role for you! Our client in the financial sector is looking to add a new TA Specialist to their HR team.

Location : Oakville / Toronto

Work Model : Hybrid

Salary : 75-80K

Responsibilities

  • Full cycle talent acquisition for all roles up to manager level (high volume)
  • Streamline recruitment processes
  • Develop and implement talent strategy
  • Working with hiring managers to anticipate needs and fill positions
  • Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full cycle talent acquisition experience
  • Previous experience in an agency environment or financial sector is preferred
  • Attention to detail
